All radars continuously send a stream of collected data – at least, the visitor’s MAC address, and the strength of the signal received from him, to the central WNAM Radar server. It works in our cloud, or right in your place.
The collected data undergoes multilevel noise removal and aggregation of redundant data. Data from several radars, if located nearby, are compared with each other. Also, the WNAM Radar server knows about the location of the radars at your facility, and about the radio configuration of the facility. From this, an object model is built that is continuously applied to the data being collected. All data can then be uploaded as a set of reports from the web interface of the system.
Data groups are converted to “visits” – information about the continuous presence of a person at your facility. You can find out how much data has been collected, filtered, and how the dynamics of visits over time is changing.
The system defines four categories of “visitor” – a passer-by, a visitor, a buyer, and an employee. The exact parameters used in the classification of the category, you can set yourself.
The system allows you to build a graph of the number of visits of a certain / all categories for a given period of time, as well as upload them in CSV format for further analysis in Excel.
For each visit, the system considers its duration – how long the same MAC address remained in the radar’s field of vision. You can find out if a visitor has been staying for a long time at your place:

Finally, you can get information about the strength of the signal received by the radar, in fact, the distance from the radar to your visitors. This information can help you correctly position (install) the radar so that more people get into its coverage area. The signal level (RSSI) received by the radar depends both on the sensitivity of the radar equipment, the antenna, and on the configuration of the room: the influence of walls, metal objects, etc.
